London Lightning Claim Central Division Title

On the strength of their 115-103 road triumph over the Oshawa Power Wednesday night, the London Lightning have clinched the National Basketball League of Canada's Central Division title.

Last year London finished with a 28-8 record; they currently have a 27-4 record this season.  The Lightning need to win two more games to set a league record for most wins in a season; they need to win five more games to set a league record for best winning percentage.

London still has a chance to claim the #1 seed and a first-round bye throughout the playoffs; any combination of two London wins and two Summerside Storm losses will give the Lightning the #1 seed.
